We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, we will happily accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your item(s) for an exchange or refund, provided the item(s) are returned in the same condition as received. Please include a copy of your original invoice with the item(s) you are returning.

Customer need to Self-Ship the product to us. And when you insure your shipment, we cannot be held responsible for returned items that don’t reach us.

We will process your exchange or refund promptly upon receipt of the item.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

Please note that the exchange process will be done within 7-10 working days (depending on your location) from the day we receive your return. You will receive the shipping information on your registered mail id once it is dispatched.

Please make sure that when the product is being exchanged:

Exchange request shall be raised within 48 hours of delivery. After that, we will not be able to entertain any requests.

Customers need to self-ship the product to us within 3 days after the product delivery.
Exchange will be done only once for one piece.

All product tags should be intact and in their original packaging with invoice.
Products must be in an unused, unwashed and undamaged condition.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the shipment is received at our warehouse and checked for quality.

In case, the product fails our quality inspection, the product will be shipped back to you.

We do not have a reverse pickup facility for now. Please do not forget to take an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. We will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
